Terms of Service

Effective August 27, 2026 · Last updated August 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bot Hollywood (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by CineLeopard. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the studio at bothollywood.com (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service — including signing in with Google — you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bot Hollywood is a production studio on the web (and via MCP for agents such as Grok Bot). You bring a brief and optional footage or stills. The studio plans a sequence, designs titles, may generate stills, records voiceover and music, and assembles a cut you can download.

Humans use the browser studio. Agents use the same project document over MCP. Same jobs either way.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults (18 or older). By using it you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

4. Accounts

You may create an account with email and password, a magic link, or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, infringe others’ rights, or look like abuse.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free: $0. Try the studio. One short cut a month — no card. No card required.
  • Creator: $30/month via Stripe. 2,400 credits a month for planning, stills, video, music, and voiceover.
  • Pro: $89/month via Stripe. 8,000 credits a month, longer cuts, more storage.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel in Usage & billing (Stripe opens on the cancel step). Access continues through the period already paid. Credits on the subscription pay for planning, still images, video, music, and voiceover. Extra credit packs last 12 months. Each plan includes a storage allotment for projects. Generation on your own fal key or SuperGrok is billed by those providers, not by us; planning and the cut still use Bot Hollywood credits.

Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; the new price applies at the next renewal.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of footage, stills, scripts, and brand materials you upload, and of the cuts we assemble for you from that work. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transcode that material solely to operate the Service (planning, generation, assembly, download).

You represent that you have the rights to everything you upload and to publish the resulting cut. Do not upload material you cannot use.

House-generated graphics follow the Bot Hollywood production look unless you supply art direction. AI outputs can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing stills, titles, and narration before you publish.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Upload material that violates another person’s rights or privacy
  • Attempt to break into accounts, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Resell house generation as a competing API without permission
  • Share API keys or treat the studio as an open proxy for fal / xAI

8. Agents and MCP

If you connect Grok Bot or another agent, it acts with your account’s permissions. You are responsible for what it submits. Do not paste secret keys into a chat; use the studio account surfaces when those exist.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, studio software, and Bot Hollywood name and marks are ours (or our licensors’). You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own production work. The hillside letters “BOT HOLLYWOOD” are our name and type, not the Hollywood landmark or the Hollywood Chamber mark.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated picture, text, voice, and music may contain mistakes.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. A failed cut is not by itself a refund — write hello@bothollywood.com and we will look.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
